Alex , worms arrived in good condition ,this morning , but both bags of ice had totally defrosted !- so another day and probably not such a good end !

Hi Richard,
Ice packs would have done their job if they were fully defrosted. Otherwise, without them, worms might be in bad condition.I will add an insulated box option next to ice packs on the product page later so dispatchers can see it in the order and ship them inside the box with ice packs.
Excellent service, easy ordering online and delivery to Jersey in two days and maggots were in perfect condition

Excellent service, very clear on line ordering, delivery was well organised and worms arrived in good condition. I would recommend Worms Direct and would certainly use them again.
The purchase was straight forward and the worms arrived in a very quick time, I would of liked a care sheet on how to look after them, but I can get that from the internet
