Thanks for your feedback. We are really sorry about your poor delivery service. We use palletways delivery network who are normally very good. We also always ask for a tail lift delivery on all orders and a pallet trolley so something went wrong this time. We have now refunded your delivery charge and have spoken to the depot involved. Hopefully this will stop it happening again.
