Fast shipping, good communication etc. only thing is returns method could be easier/more modern. Email system feels a bit dated compared with other sites

Good telephoned order & quick delivery. Items purchased good value for Christmas gifts
I purchased this as a gift and am therefore unable to review completely. The gift arrived on time, quality looks and feels good but that is all I can say at the moment.
Delivered quickly. After buying hoodies a size too large, it was great to be able to exchange them easily to smaller ones. I'll be shopping with Route One again:)
