Always a pleasure shopping at route one, staff is always helpful. Managed to find the perfect beanie and have been wearing it non stop, can't recommend the guys enough!

I never received the correct item and when I tried to get it sent back I was never replied to and ignored. Many emails have been sent, the customer service as appalling!!
