party packs are excellent and provide excellent service have used them quite a few times with no problems . . . just on this occassion 2 balloons seem to be faulty. still use them though

yes very happy with the service and how quick they arrived.
there was a problem with my payment card and i dealt with chiristie on the phone, she was very helpful and i got my flags in perfect condition in time for the party,thank you very much christie
