Mower Magic is a very efficient supplier with very quick delivery. Their prices seem to be the lowest around. If I need any more garden machinery I will check them out first.

I placed the order when out of stock. As soon as the mower was received by mower magic they advised me it was on its way. Received next day. Excellent efficient and friendly
Due to manufacturers delay, I had to wait a few weeks for delivery.I was given an estimated delivery date whic h was more or less spot on.The carton. Was well packed and the service manual, was good...
The did what was promised but the CS level is the bare minimum at best and could be so much better

This is a rather pithy review - "The[y] did what was promised " - 2 Stars. What more were you expecting? You ordered - online - a Special-Order item, that we imported from China especially for you. When it arrived in the UK we sent it to you, along with a "shipped" email with tracking. Bare minimum? We are not too sure where else you would have got this part at this price. Please, play the game.

It's a shame this level of detail wasn't offered when I contacted your customer service team 10 days after my order had been placed with: "Hi there, I appreciate this was a special order item and supply won’t be immediate but I’d be grateful if you’d kindly provide an update please, just to let me know how my order’s progressing. Many thanks in advance, Will". I received a three word answer - "not a problem" - from your Matthew Coppard, which felt evasive and gave none of the excellent detail you've now added. So what did I expect? Perhaps a little more detail, an estimated time frame for you to deliver. I've given an honest review, and taken my time to provide you with valuable voice of the customer feedback. With respect, you'd do better to take it on board than to respond in the manner in which you have, but hey, it's your business. All the best.
