Sadly, as a small family company, and with our products being engineered in Germany, we cannot compete on price with cheap Chinese-produced imports that are relatively ineffective. But most of our customers consider the price worth paying to protect their precious clothing and home textiles. We also do not just sell you a product - we're here for you if you need pre- or post-sale support with guidance if you need us - that's also where we stand out in the marketplace; the best product in the market combined with caring deeply for our customers. Thank you for your review - it's good that the traps did their job in catching male moths but unless the original source of the infestation is located and dealt with then a new lifecycle can emerge. Its an indication that you need to keep your traps set up and active. You'll also need to perform some work to locate and deal with the source - we'd be more than happy to support you in that process.
