Credit came through and company also does a discount loyalty voucher so overall very good value and service was great . technical advice was good when i called. delivery was seemless

Was most impressed, product and delivery - first class
Quick ordering and delivery service. on-line shop seemede a little cumbersome to use but I'm not sure why. Quite expensive aalthough hopefully will be worth it.

One month after ordering the products is too soon to give vailid comments on how effective anti-clothes moth products sre. The questionaire was very school-marmish - I should be allowed not to answer certain questions if I chhose. It is not an exam. I have now wasted several minutes filling in this questionair but that time is now wasted because I am not yet in a position to rate the overall service, so I shall choose a box to tick at random, which then makes it meaningless. Please make this questionaire more flexible and user friendly, otherwise the results you get will not be a true reflection of what [people think.
Thanks for the feedback - we actually subsidise carriage charges with £3.99 cost to our customers; we moved to a 100% fully tracked next day courier service to improve service after customer feedback - most customers need their products urgently to deal with an infestation and need the reassurance of knowing when their order will arrive, and quickly!
