Thanks for your feedback - it is always a balance between not over-packaging and yet protecting the contents in transit; we use 100% biodegradable and recycled foam chips and recycled / recyclable outer boxes to be as kind to the environment as we can.
It would be unfair for me to rate this product. I had such a problem getting it delivered that I gave up and just accepted that I had lost the money.

Thanks for your feedback - the courier left a calling card and the depot was awaiting your further instructions. We have refunded your order in full - we clearly have no desire to ever see a customer either dissatisfied or out of pocket and are disappointed that we could not give you complete satisfaction on this occasion.
