How very easy the web-site is to use and the ordering couldn't have been simpler. I have used moth prevention before, I really love their products, they are both effective and good value for money.

Thank you for your feedback - we would recommend that further investigation is taken to identify the source of the flies - if the original source is still present (and this could be as simple as a dead mouse under baseboards for example) then this needs to be dealt with - the fumer will have provided temporary relief in areas in which the smoke can reach without the original source being located and removed.

Thank you for getting back to me, not many do this, your information was very helpful and did help me in resolving this issue. The project worked wonders when I tried it again, I must learn to read the instructions (its an age thing) Just one point could you use these in a conservatory which contain plants.
Once again highly recommended.
The products work, especially the Pheromone traps, unlike another well known brand.
Service is good and the products arrive promptly.
