Dear Mathilda, Thank you for your feedback. Please note that these cassettes are there to kill larvae and eggs within wardrobes and drawers, not just any moths that may be within your wardrobe or surrounding space. With no odour they work silently, releasing their insecticide slowly & safely over 6 months, protecting your clothes from the moth larvae that make holes in your garments, and killing any eggs within pockets and hems. Dear Mathilda, Thank you for your feedback, and thank you for your email. We see that you emailed late Friday, so someone will reply directly to you very soon this week. It's difficult to provide a reply specific to your environment in this response, but just to say: these fumer's are proven to be effective, so to read that you've had a less than satisfactory experience is a surprise to us. It is important to note that a fumer is a 'knockdown' product. That means that once you have fumed the room the chemical will disperse and fade after a period of time. Leaving a room for 12+ hours will not result in a better treatment than following the guidance on the Fumer 'How to' guide. (However, the room should always be aired). This means that no chemical will remain to kill any moths that enter the room after that time. If you have moths living behind air bricks or up a chimney in that room some might might survive the fumer process! Similarly, pupa that might be deep behind textiles or skirtings could survive, hatch and emerge. This is why we recommend a second treatment where there is concern of an ongoing infestation or where moths reappear over a period of time. We hope that this is helpful. Dear John Thank you for your feedback on our 15 g midi Fumer. This Fumer is for Moths, larvae and eggs and will get into all those difficult spaces that are otherwise hard to reach. The room will be safe to use again 2 hours after airing. Thank you for your custom. Best wishes Amanda

Thanks for taking the time to leave your review. One key question is if you have accurately identified the moth species? There may be other reasons why you haven't caught moths yet (females / juveniles, trap positioning etc) - we will reach out to you today to see if we can assist further.

Dear Valerie Thank you for your 5 Star feedback. The traps will give you the ability to monitor the moth problem and we suggest keeping them in place for their lifespan (3 months) but you may want to move them around different areas, as long as they are 3 to 6 feet above floor level. Dear Helen Thank you for your 5 star review and feedback, we always appreciate hearing from our customers. You are correct about our Clothes and Carpet Moth Trap Refills, they do not treat food moths! Our Pantry Moth Traps do, however, and are equally effective when catching adult male moths. On that note, if your traps have not caught any Moths yet then it may be worth moving the traps around, making sure they are placed 3 - 6 feet above floor level. Our traps catch the following Moths; Webbing Clothes Moth, otherwise know as the Common Clothes Moth (Tineola bisselliella) Case Bearing Moth, otherwise know as the Case Making Moth (Tinea pellionella) White Shouldered House Moth (Endrosis sarcitrella) Brown House Moth (Hofmannophila pseudospretella) The traps will last for 3 months when activated. If you are still not seeing any signs of moths on the traps, but have them flying around, then it might be that you are not dealing with Clothes or Carpet Moths? That's great news that our Moth Traps are helping.
