two of the pieces did not fit together and when I applied pressure one of them split; I could fix it, but the tab should have fit the slot.

Hi - I know some of the tabs are quite tight. If they are too loose though, the instrument will fall apart. Send us a clear picture of which piece is broken, and we will send you a replacement.

The cards are quality, very nice looking, and I love the hard case they come in. The cards are made of plastic so they're a little slippery but that's easy enough to get used to.
