I have arranged to send you a replacement FunFlyStick. Sometimes they do not work (although we do give a link on the web site, showing how to open it up and check the mechansim inside).
Please check that the two pulleys on the heatmobile are the right way round. I made this mistake when I first assembled it, and it didn't work for me either! Once I swapped the two pulleys (which are similar but NOT identical) it worked well - as you can see on the web site.
