We are sorry that you feel this way. We use our manufacturer's stock images for products where possible and did not realise that they had changed the shade of the colourways used on their packs of Papermate non stop pencils.
As mentioned, we can only refund a maximum of what was paid, and was prepared to discount, and refund, any return costs against a future order.
