The company company could not have been more helpful as there was a fault with the original, they liased directly with the main supplier and arranged for a replacement one. A really great experience...
i did send an e-mail saying how impressed in the service and quickness of delivery. also i looked forward to shopping with them again, hope they do more decoupage, as i make alot of cards.
