Not great service, I placed an order over 2 weeks ago and its only just been dispatched , no contact in that time to tell me why there was such a delay.

Thank you for your feedback. We have been stating at checkout that some orders are taking slightly longer than usual due to social distancing in the workplace. We are gradally getting out delivery times back up to speed.
