The exceptional service

Could have given me a ring prior to delivery as requested as it meant I was not there for delivery. Some of the aluminium angle was damaged also - so a bit frustrating as I would have no proof it...

They were unable to add an item to an order even though it hadn't been processed. Advised creating a new order which then involved a minimum order value requirement and to avoid a second delivery...

delivery is good as always on time . but i previously bought 4 aluminium plates ( 10mm thickness ) , they always had some deep scratches . i hope those items could be handled more carefully . best
