Ordered 66 fit EVA foam roller on 15 April. I was advised on 20 April that the item was out of stock and that I would receive a full refund. It’s now 11 May and I have still not received this refund...

I have still not received the refund, even though I have spoken to them on the phone and sent more e mails. To make matters worse today they have taken another payment from my credit card!

Service was OK. Goods received promptly. They were not as I anticipated. I had already in the past purchased what I thought was the same. I am still waiting to hear from 66fit Re returning the goods.

My sincerest apologies for the delayed response. We have investigated into your order this morning and can see that your item was despatched from out warehouse on 27/04/23, tracking reference number 320572693000482A32E8B.
We have contacted Royal Mail this morning, who have confirmed that due to the bank holiday there has been a delay with deliveries. Although, have re-assured that your item should arrive in the next few days.
