Thank you for the feedback. We have looked into the situation and note from our email exchanges that we responded to your enquiry about receiving this email for non-payment within 3 MINUTES! We apologised and explained it was due to some technical issues we had experienced with our card processing company. Whilst we are sorry this did occur you were 3 days late in paying and we believe we responded just about as quickly as possible and explained the situation. We are sorry you still felt the need to post a 2 star review.

Great Service. 24 Hour Staff. Super Clean & Efficient.
1 hour free parking to unload or load. Nothing to small or too big!! All storage sizes. Simon on hand for anything.

we are sorry you are not happy with the trolley situation...to be honest this is the first time we have received feedback like this...we in fact have 3 trolleys on site but it is possible another customer was using it at the time you were there. we only have limited space in the lobby to keep trolleys that is why we dont have more.
