Response time and general transparency not acceptable. Why do you only do checks and validations at time of claim as apposed to checking during policy inception. Funeral funds have to be available...

I never got my documents and iam almost a year with u.

I have not claimed yet but thus far service has been good regarding queries and info requested.

By sending me a policy document. I don't even remember how long I've had this policy, but to date have no policy document!
