Like most people who had booked a trip it was cancelled. Unlike the airlines Luggage Mule refunded the cost immediately. I will definitely be back when restrictions are lifted.

Thank you for your feedback. It was unfortunate that your return journey fell on the week we went into Lockdown here in the UK and Spain had already just gone into Lockdown. This caused many issues for holiday companies and shipping companies alike. We have been doing our best to tackle any issues that have arisen due to the pandemic.
