Everything worked as planned. I sent in my cards and received a check about a month or so later.

Hi Vicky. Yes we are very sorry about the extra long processing time for Itunes. Even at this time, it is taking up to 4 weeks to process Itunes cards. You had placed the Sell Order on 02.16 and we had received the card on 02.25. We verified the card on 04.05 and sent the check on 04.06. During the Covid 19 pandemic, our processing times have gotten slightly longer for iTunes and Google Play gift cards which are very problematic to verify. The timing for most other gift card verification remains at 1 business day.

Hi Shiann - You placed Order 22492 on 02.19.20. We issued the check on the same day and set it to your address. You indicated that the hotel you were staying at would hold the check for you. On 03.03.20 you had not yet received the check but threatened to get the authorities involved for theft. On that same day, we VOID the current check and issued a new check to you at a different address. On 04.17.20 you indicated that you still had not received our check but we responded indicating that our records indicate that the check has been cashed.
