Youth & Earth レビュー

Hi Paula, Thank you for your feedback and for being a long-term user, we genuinely appreciate you. I completely understand why the change in capsule size would be noticeable and potentially frustrating, especially when the dose itself hasn’t changed. Just to clarify, the formulation and dosage of Preservage remain exactly the same. The reason for the slightly larger capsule in this batch is due to a temporary increase in the density of the curcumin raw material used in recent production runs. To maintain the same clinically relevant dose and quality standards, a larger capsule was required. This does not affect the efficacy, strength, or performance of the product in any way. This is a batch-specific and temporary change, not a permanent reformulation, and future batches are expected to return to the previous capsule size once raw material specifications normalise. We really appreciate you raising this and sharing your experience, feedback like this helps us communicate changes more clearly going forward. If you have any further questions or concerns, our team is always happy to help. Best wishes, Youth & Earth Team

Hi Tom, Thank you for your feedback, we appreciate you sharing this. Taste is very personal, and we understand that the current flavour of V14 won’t be for everyone. We’re pleased to share that we’re already improving the flavour in the next batch, based directly on customer feedback. If you’d like to get in touch with us at enquiries@youthandearth.com, we’re also happy to advise on different ways to take the product that can help mask the taste. And if your order is still within our 60-day money-back guarantee, we’d of course be happy to arrange a refund if the product isn’t right for you. We’re always here to help and appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts. Best wishes, Youth & Earth Team
