Hi Lee, Thank you for flagging this and we are sorry for the confusion caused. You are right that there is a difference between what you have been charged and the current price shown on our website, and we completely understand why that would raise a concern. To explain what happened - when you created your subscription back in December 2025 the price at that time was locked in at the point of sign up, meaning any subsequent price changes on our website, whether increases or decreases, would not automatically update on an existing subscription. This is standard subscription practice but we appreciate it can cause confusion when prices change. That said, we have gone ahead and refunded the difference on your last order and have also adjusted your subscription price going forward to reflect the current website price of £13.59. So you will not be overcharged again. To note, the difference in price was £3.20, the extra £3.39 is postage charge. We are sorry again for any frustration this caused and thank you for bringing it to our attention.
