Youth & Earth レビュー

We're sorry to hear the powder wasn't for you, but thank you for the honest feedback! NMN powder does have a naturally bitter taste, and we know it's not everyone's favourite. The good news is we have a 60-day money-back guarantee, so please get in touch at support@youthandearth.com and we'll get a refund sorted for you. However, if you'd like to continue with NMN, we recommend the capsules version - they are the exact same formula with no taste, might be worth a try! Best wishes, Youth & Earth

Lucy, we're really sorry for the confusion and for not being clearer in our original response to you. We can see you contacted us to cancel your subscription and we should have confirmed more explicitly that it had been cancelled and that you wouldn't be charged again. Our team will be back in touch and will process a refund for your original order under our 60-day money-back guarantee. You absolutely should not be left with a product you didn't want, and we're sorry it took this long to get there. We hope this helps to make it right. Best wishes, Youth & Earth Team
