We would like to clarify that we did not request any photos or additional evidence from you, nor did we advise that you would need to cover any return costs. We also did not state that the item would require inspection prior to a refund being issued.
As soon as confirmation of the refused delivery was received via tracking, your refund was processed in full on the same day.
