I'm sorry you did not feel the delivery quote status was clear. We take your payment in advance so the stock is secured for you. Unfortunately it is very expensive to send overseas which is why we give you the option to pay the delivery or cancel the order. We will certainly look into this process and see if we can make it simpler.
