Would have been excellent BUT let down by the couriers not turning up on the day I had been told, and then saying that they had, possibly to satisfy some sort of service level agreement with Xmas...
excellent customer service experience from start to finish. very user friendly web-site, excellent choice of products, very easy to place order, quick receipt of goods and products were brilliant.
The product was delivered on time as promised. Sadly we were not satisfied and returned it. The refund and postage was dealt with very quickly with no fuss.

Sorry you were not happy with your Half Tree. When our trees arrive they have been packed to fit into the box so at the first they don't look like the photos. As explained in the description the tree foliage needs to be shaped and fluffed to give a full and bush appearance.

Firstly, I felt the tree was was not full enough at the bottom and did not hold a true conical shape , the branches were not hinged at the trunk. The next size up was too large, the difference between the two sizes is too great. I have worked in display ,so I know how to fluff the tree up as you put it. I have looked around and found a tree at ASDA for half the price of which I can remove the HINGED branches and so make it a half tree.
