Excellent service kept well informed re delivery and received the lights within a couple of days
Thank you for your feedback,
The order was received at 9.45am and amazingly Dispatched on the sytem at 10.08 just 23 minutes later. The item was then collected by the courier at 2.43pm the same day.
I can see however there was a delay within the Royal Mail system which did take much longer that we would like so I can only appologise for this which whilst totally outside of our control does reflect on us.
I hope you are now happy with your light and we would welcome you back to show the service we would expect from both ourselves and our delivery partners.
