Hi there - many thanks for your email and apologies again for the confusion with the width of the dog collar. Hopefully you have received the correct size now.
We totally take on board your comments about postage, however we do send everything via DHL on a next day service which is why it is priced at £4.25. This is the equivalent of Royal Mail Special Delivery.
