I'm really sorry to hear about your experience with the delivery aspect our our service caused by the mis-routing of your order by our courier. I fully understand how frustrating this is, particularly as you had stayed in for the delivery. This is a very rare occurrence which was exacerbated by the bank holiday on the next working day. Your order was placed on the Wednesday pm and left us on the Thursday although we should have offered you our next day delivery service if we were aware of your party requirement and I have reminded our team of this aspect. As you know, as soon as we where aware of the mis-routing issue, we tried our hardest to get a delivery to you on the Saturday, but in the end this was not possible because of the bank holiday. You are right that as soon as the courier had realised the error contact should have been made by the courier and I will investigate why this was not the case. We subsequently arranged for the delivery to be made on the Tuesday morning, which it was, but I'm sorry for any confusion about this and the lack of communication. We used our tracking service to ensure the delivery had been made, but the point you make about us making contact is understood. Under the circumstances I have refunded the standard delivery charge on your order. Thank you for taking the time to allow us the opportunity to comment. Many thanks for the feedback about your delivery experience. I'm sorry that our delivery didn't quite work out as planned, but you might like to know for future reference, that if you put a note on the order 'if out please leave in *** safe place' then our couriers will be able to leave your parcel without a signature. The section to do that is on our 'delivery details page'. Also you can use this section to specify a delivery day and we'll do our level best to organise that for you although cannot promise. We do offer premium delivery services and are looking to add more although naturally these do cost more, so if you have a safe place like a porch or shed the note option is best. I'm sorry you were not able to arrange delivery online - the two cards left by our courier on successive days should have had the correct details on them. Please accept our apologies if this was not the case. I will check to see if we are in any way at fault here. Thank you again for giving us the opportunity to comment Stuart

Thank you for feedback about the planter. I'm glad to hear that it's already being put to good use. With regards to it breaking up a bit, obviously it is made from natural woven materials and sometime they can unravel a bit or very occasionally break in the odd place, however it is our hope that this is not the case and whilst still useable as you have made clear, we would be happy to replace the panel if you like.
