I'm pleased you love the boots - we do too but it seems that they are catching on with lots of other people too and this in part led to some of the issues seen here. Thank you for your review and please accept our apologies for taking a just a little longer to get your boots than we would have hoped and is certainly not normal. In our defence, we have a communications delay with our Australian supplier and are still in a learning period for these popular boots across a wide range of colours and sizes. Additionally with your order, the delivery we had expected at the end of a week didn't come in until the following week. We do have a system for being proactive in these circumstances and I'm following up to try an understand why it didn't seem to be used here. We are also investing in software improvements to help our team too. Nonetheless I recognise that we could have done better and I've asked my team to contact you directly to help you to try our service again in the future.
