Thank you for your feedback. I am very sorry the incorrect size was sent out in your exchange. This is an error on our part completely. With regards to the item you originally requested being out of stock, unfortunately this is out of our hands. If there is an item you specifically want in your exchange we may be able to put this item on hold for a period of time so that it ensures the item doesn't go out of stock but you would need to call and request this.
