Many thanks for your comments. We always ask our customers to retain original invoices, receipts and claim forms for 12 months as we may require these for auditing purposes. On occasion, the claims team request original documents be sent to us in order to proceed with a claim. We appreciate you getting in touch and providing your feedback.

We do provide information on our renewal literature about any increases and why they may occur, we are also available to discuss renewals and see if there is any scope to amend the plan or change the costs. I'm sorry you've experienced some delays in reimbursement on claims, it's certainly not our usual standard or service and I hope that your experience with us improves going forwards. Our administration and claims teams are always available to assist.
