No customer experience, only buyer's experience

WR (or actually your local partner/broker) takes interest of me ONLY when my premium will be due... keep me informed also meanwhile, connect, explain... so customer experience is missing, only...

They’re competent, responsive and offer good rates

They actually respond to your inquiry. They’re competent, and trust me, most overseas insurance companies are not. Rates are excellent.
