Your comments have been passed on to Cosmina who was really pleased to hear of this. Regarding your premiums, while we understand high increases aren’t favourable, our plans are community rated - meaning premiums are based on a range of factors such as age, area, region/country, claims experience, benefit utilisation and overall medical cost trends. Unfortunately, we’ve been experiencing higher claims costs in Thailand so have had no choice but to take corrective action on premiums for new and renewing policies alike. We do review policies individually to provide assistance where we can and again, we do appreciate you taking the time to let us know of your experience with us.
