Fast delivery. Brilliant communication. I only have one slight issue which is the packaging. The hat was abit bent out of shape. Maybe a box would be better rather than plastic packaging.

Thanks for your feedback regarding packaging. We are in the process of moving away from plastic packaging full stop. It's taking longer than expected as we need to find the right sized boxes for our entire range. But we're on it!
