Hi Leila,

This is very valuable feedback - thank you for it. Apologies for the inconvenience with the damaged box. We are in the process of moving away from plastic packaging entirely, to using only cardboard and boxes. As you point out - this will have the dual benefits of 1) better protection the merchandise, 2) being more eco-friendly.

I will contact you separately regarding a replacement box.
