I booked the holiday over the 'phone and later paid the balance over the 'phone. The service was very prompt and efficient and very easy to do. It was nice to be able to talk to a real person.
I was very impressed by the level of professionalism from the tour guides. They tried hard to ensure we enjoyed our holiday and showed genuine interest in us as individuals.
Very helpful at arranging extension to Yangzhou where my son is teaching English. This is not a usual tourist destination and the help was appreciated.
Overall we where really pleased with our Tour. We saw everything we had hoped too and did a few extra things on top.
