Initial contact was good however promised email confirmation of booking within 2-3 hours did not materialise and I had to chase for this 8 hours later. The confirmation came through about an hour...

service throughout proved to be extremely professional
Excellent service. nothing was too much trouble. not everything was perfect but any issues were deat with promptly. Our tour guide Linda was an exceptional lady.
We always try to respond to our customers as quickly as possible and we are sorry to hear you have not received a call back from us. I have left a message on your answer phone today and will try calling again on Monday to assist with any enquiries.

Your tipping system does not work in India, works well elsewhere(China/Vietnam etc). It encourages corruption.
Individual tipping system is the only way to operate in India. The guide pays out poor...

Well looked after, but still exhausting. Food too much the same with no choice. Salad and rice at every meal, sometimes we were given salad three times at the same meal.
