We were surprised that (presumably for reasons of cost) the tour guides did NOT stay in same hotel as guests. This was said to be a FULLY ESCOIRTED holiday?

Polite and very helpful. Our contact was Steve tour quote number 15455.
Have already made a complaint about our seats on the return flight from Hong Kong. We were not able to sit together, otherwise the holiday was excellent.
