our guide on the northern part (MK) was excellent the southern didnt have much to do as it was treated more as a wind down on the holiday

All ran smoothly. Our guides - Savoun in Siem Reap and Bora in Phnom Penh - were very pleasant and helpful, although their very strong Cambodian accents made them difficult to understand at times.
Excellent so far, via email and telephone contact. Have not had the holiday yet, so fingers crossed it all goes to plan! Little worried about Air China - hopefully they are a good reputable...
