The excellent service rating was due to great organisation but the extra attention to detail and care given to the guests by the National Guide, Mr Link.

Not sure if you mean booking service or holiday itself
I thought that the service was excellent on the tour. The guides were excellent and I was very satisfied with the tour arrangements.
