Everything went very well - tour guides were excellent.
Disappointed you were not entirely happy with the service you have received and although your baggage was on a separate flight we are confident you were reunited with it as you arrived at your hotel.
We hope you have come away with some positives from your experience in China.
Kind regards,
Junior
Having just booked a tour of China we found Luke our contact to be very helpful, and prepared to do that bit extra to make the holiday meet all our requirements
