Going on an escorted tour was the only way my Wife would visit China. Wendy Wu did it well but I could only imagine following a flag very occasionally. So we will not be going again with Wendy Wu...

It is impossible to reply to the above without ticking all boxes. The tour was in the main excellent but had some poor and bad issues due to travel schedules.

I am sorry you seem to have misunderstood my original reply.
The disappointment was not entirely due to flight delays which we understand was beyond your control.
The problem was your scheduling afternoon flights which meant on occasion spending a good part of daytime in the airports and flying which meant arriving at destinations late at night,missing evening dinner and being told that the restaurant closed at 9.00 pm.
The biggest disappointment was losing the time at are our destinations.
