On the two occasions that I have had to contact support on missing magazines, bearing in mind I have been a subscriber since the off, I have always received prompt attention to remedy my plight.

Delivered to my door every two weeks. Great service
I have a long-standing paper subscription of the magazine that is usually on time and in pristine condition. Any issues with the service have been dealt with immediately and with respect and care.
