I am sorry that you feel unimpressed by our service. We do hold a Cartier trade repair account. As this was an issue we could not resolve in-house due to parts not being available to us, we had to return your watch to Cartier themselves. We do state on our website that we charge a fee if the estimate is not proceeded, and that is what we did on this occasion. I would also add there is a discrepancy, according to our findings, that the watch only needed a battery and winder. Yours sincerely David Clark
