Hi , your flow rate should enable you to empty the bottle within a minute. It may be that the filter isnt fully activated. Try to leave the filter standing in water for at least 15 minutes, completely submerged and that ought to do the trick.

Hi Drew, We have checked your order. The offer of a free filter is an introductory offer on the 60 cls active. You ordered the 75 cls active, which does not have that offer unfortunately. If the flow is slow, it sounds as if the filter has not been activated. Please just let it soak on water for 15 minutes and that will resolve the issue. We have never had any comments that the nozzle is too shory since we launched the new lid 4 years ago.
