Water Gardening Direct Ltd レビュー

Dear Mr Harris, Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback regarding your recent purchases. We're very sorry to hear you've been dissatisfied with the item you've ordered, and if you would like to return it to us in an as new, resaleable condition, we'd be very happy to issue a refund for the item. Regarding the feedback you provided, product feedback, whether negative or positive, is useful for customers to be able to make buying choices. However, unfortunately, in this case you placed your feedback in the Service section of the feedback element rather than the product, so your feedback comments won't be visible on the product itself. If you would like to correct this, please click the Yes / No link in the original feedback request, and that will give you the ability to move the feedback to the product itself, therefore making it visible on the product page for other customers to see. Kind Regards Toby Harris (Director)
