Thank you for taking the time to respond to our feedback request. Due to the size of the preformed pond that was ordered (2m x 1.5m)item we only offer a 2 man delivery service which takes 7 - 10 days, very few carriers are able (or willing) to offer deliver services for items of this size and to send you item on an over night service (as you requested) we had to make special arrangements with a different carrier. Unfortunately due to the speed of delivery and the non standard service that was used, our internal systems did not send out the usually email notifications. I am sorry you did not receive further communication from ourselves, but I am very happy to see that such a large item was successfully delivered within 48 hours of ordering Kind Regards Toby Harris Director Water Gardening Direct Tel:01778 341199
